Community Donation Request Form Maverick Helicopters

In-kind donation requests must be from a non-profit organization in a community we operate in and be registered as a 501(c)3 with a valid tax-ID number.

All proposals must be submitted online. Hard copies or email attachments are not accepted. Submissions must be received at least 4 weeks prior to the event date.

This online form must be completed in its entirety. Incomplete forms will not be processed.

Maverick Helicopters will try to accommodate as many requests as possible. While we would like to honor every request, the needs are often greater than our resources and we will not be able to respond to every request favorably.

Only 1 donation request will be considered and/or honored per non-profit organization within a 12-month period.

If your organization is approved, an email will be sent from Maverick Helicopters.
